As the CEO of Arimation Robotics, Ari is a visionary leader with a profound commitment to leveraging automation for the advancement of human health and quality of life. His extensive experience, spanning over two decades in custom machine automation, is evident in his ability to spearhead a world-class team of engineers and innovators to design cutting-edge, advanced custom automation solutions.
Having begun his career as a Software and Controls Engineer at esteemed companies like Boston Scientific, Aspect Automation (now Ascential) and PERBIX (now Tesla), Ari honed his skills while mentoring junior engineers, thereby laying the foundation for his future endeavors. His decision to found Arimation LLC dba Arimation Robotics reflects not only his entrepreneurial spirit but also his unwavering dedication to fostering an organization centered around people and human health.
Ari’s personal philosophy of ‘no limits’ epitomizes his belief in the power of collaboration and innovation to tackle seemingly insurmountable challenges. Under his leadership, Arimation Robotics continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in automation, striving to create solutions that positively impact lives worldwide.

As Head of Technical Sales at Arimation Robotics, Ryan combines his extensive mechanical engineering background with years of hands-on experience in automation and machine design to drive innovative solutions for manufacturers. With over a decade in the industry, Ryan has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering and co-owner of Arimation Robotics, where he played a pivotal role in developing custom automation systems tailored to diverse manufacturing needs.
Ryan’s expertise stems from years of designing and engineering specialized automation equipment, working closely with manufacturing teams to bring complex concepts to life. His early career in machine design involved developing custom automation solutions for the medical manufacturing sector, where he refined his skills in mechanical design, equipment development, and system integration. Additionally, his experience in precision tooling further strengthened his technical foundation.
Now, in his leadership role, Ryan bridges the gap between technical innovation and strategic sales, ensuring that Arimation Robotics delivers high-value, custom automation solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity for its clients. Beyond his technical and sales expertise, he is dedicated to fostering a work culture centered on employee well-being, recognizing that a motivated and supported team is key to delivering exceptional results.

As the Director of Engineering, Ananta brings extensive experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge custom automation solutions. With a strong foundation in controls engineering, he has spent years developing complex machine architectures, integrating advanced motion control systems, and implementing AI-driven vision solutions to enhance automation capabilities. His technical proficiency spans multiple software platforms, PLC programming, robotics, and system integration, making him a key driver of innovation in the industry.
Before joining Arimation Robotics in 2019, Ananta worked in various manufacturing sectors as a Controls Engineer, designing and optimizing automation systems across the industry. His experience includes developing custom machine controls, troubleshooting high-level automation challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless automation solutions tailored to customer needs.
In addition to leading our engineering team, Ananta is a co-owner of Arimation Robotics and serves on its board, playing an active role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and long-term vision. His strong interpersonal skills enable him to build, mentor, and lead a team of automation experts who consistently deliver high-quality results.

As HR and Office Manager at Arimation Robotics, Audrey plays a pivotal role in supporting both our employees and overall office operations. With a strong focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment, she manages a range of responsibilities that ensure the seamless day-to-day function of the office and the effective implementation of human resources initiatives.
Audrey brings a diverse background with experience in both operational and leadership roles across multiple industries. She has spent several years managing teams and overseeing various aspects of business operations, including production management and customer service. Her expertise extends to streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving team performance in fast-paced environments. This broad experience has provided Audrey with a unique perspective on balancing day-to-day operations with strategic HR management.
